Quiet soul is a paranormal activity investigation survival horror game. You can play alone or in a team of up to 5 members. Game is based on 7 types of souls with different attributes that require unique exorcism.

Soul characteristics

There are 7 types of souls. Each type of soul has its own attributes and unique exorcism way. Usually quiet souls are roaming invisible. They like to follow their victims and with each follow increases their angryness level. With game progression angryness step increases. At maximum angryness level soul becomes visible, screams and starts hunting until it can’t find any victims for a few seconds. It also starts hunting if wrong execution item has been used.

Evidence

Each soul has 3 identity attributes.

• Ghost writing- drawings on portraits and walls
  
• Ghost orbs- flying soul dust only visible with camera or mirror
  
• Level 5 EMF- electric and magnetic fields produced by soul activity
  
• Voice over frequency- voice captured with spirit box or radio
  
• Biometrics- soul trace visible with UV lights (fingerprints/footprints)
  
• Freezing temperature- cold air breeze or temperature below 0 Celsius

Inventory

Inventory items can be bought at in-game shop with in-game money earned from completing mission objectives. Inventory items are lost if players fail to survive.

• Exorcism tools- 7 different tools for 7 unique types of souls
  
• Evidence tools- 6 items to capture paranormal activity
  
• Light source tools- 3 items to light the way in the dark

Game modes

• Tutorial- Laboratory map with isolated soul and free tools perfect for new players to test game mechanics
  
• Casual- Abandoned private house obsessed with paranormal activities
  
• Death match- Coming soon in 2023
  
• Onslaught- Coming soon in 2023
  
• Dungeon- Coming soon in 2024

Roadmap

Game development roadmap is not final and may differ from actual development. Priority is given to bug fixes and game balancing. Currently we have development plans for up to a year of 2026. Full roadmap is available in our discord group.
