Welcome to "Within the Ten Directions" — a spherical world known as the "Hun Tian Qiu" (Heavenly Orb), created by the Three Marvel Ancestors using a power called "Marvel Source." Within this virtual cage, all beings and creatures follow the rules set by the three ancestral gods, living and dying in endless cycles, yet unaware that they are merely creations of the Three Ancestors.

As a "Tide-Seeker" entering this world, you will set foot on the蓬莱 Immortal Island, where yin and yang intertwine. The island is divided into eight directions by the Nine Stars Formation based on the Nine Palaces:

• The East's Zhen Domain hides poison within its dense forests,

• The Xun Domain is shrouded in blinding yellow sand,

• The North's Kan Domain is wracked by ice and lightning,

• The Li Domain rages with molten lava...

Only by mastering the corresponding Marvel Source abilities — poison resistance, mountain-moving, wind control, ice-melting, water-walking, etc. — can you venture deep into the secrets and unlock the nine奇门宫城 (Mystic Gate Palaces), such as the "Lin Shen Tang Palace," "Lei Ting Ni Palace," and "Huo Zhi Yan Palace," revealing the hidden Marvel Source paths within the interconnected tunnels of the palaces.

The Nine Stars Divine Disk has been shattered. Divine consciousness from beyond the Ten Directions is seeping into the world, possessing its beings. Only by restoring the Nine Palaces Divine Disk and balancing the yin-yang imbalance can you prevent the world from collapsing.

But every time you repair the divine disk, the intensity of the Marvel Source within the nine domains increases, allowing奇士 (Marvel Practitioners) to wield even more extraordinary abilities — while also triggering higher-intensity裂隙 invasions...

This journey is far more than simple cultivation and conquest. You will personally experience:

The Truth of the Soul:
Your three souls govern your will and growth, while your seven corporeal souls determine your combat traits.

The Movement of the Five Elements:
Five-element marvel techniques can be equipped onto your body.

The Cycle of the World:
In the merging realm, the yang soul ascends to the heavens, and the yin corporeal soul sinks into the earth. All things are reborn into the world after the Marvel Source is exhausted, re-entering the cycle of yin and yang.

The Betrayal of Faith:
The Ten Directions Mystic Gate teaches you to worship the Marvel Source and follow destiny, but the "Heaven-Contrasting Marvel Book" hints at another path — break through the mystic gate, and thus "leap beyond the Ten Directions, no longer within yin and yang."

Here, you are no longer just an ordinary Marvel Practitioner. You are an awakened one facing the very essence of the world:

• You may accept fate and become a Follower of the Source, mastering talismans, alchemy, and mystic gate techniques, following the teachings of destiny;

• Choose to become a Knower of the Source, using the rules to become the master of the world;

• Transform into a Breaker of the Source, rebelling against the illusion and leading beings out of the cage;

• Or even become an Annihilator of the Source — ending this created world with your own hands.
