“We have been hard at work for almost five years building Full Court Heroes and we are still in Early Access. That said, the 0.8.0 release is a major update and a major stride toward full release. However, it is not yet fully complete and does not yet fulfill all of the things we have promised. Specifically, our online features are still a work in progress and there is a still a bit more we want to add to the franchise mode. Franchise mode is already extremely deep though, especially for an indie title.

We have a very long list of ideas for improvements that we think we keep us updating this title for a very long time. But it does not yet meet our standard for how we envision the final game. We do believe it is at a point where feedback from real players would be extremely helpful, especially from players who are invested in the game and want to help us to make Full Court Heroes the absolute best that it can be.”

Cirka hvor lang tid vil dette spil være i tidlig adgang?

“It is estimated the game will be in Early Access for a period of about six months.”

Hvorledes kommer den fulde version til at være anderledes end produktet i tidlig adgang?

“While in many regards, the Early Access game is close to a complete game (at least in terms of where other indie sports games have been at initial release), for the full release version, we plan to offer online multilayer franchise mode, along the ability to use custom teams in online play. In addition, we would like to make sure our online multiplayer user interfaces are finished and polished to be able to easily create, join, or find an online match.”

Hvad er den nuværende tilstand for versionen med tidlig adgang?

“The Early Access version of the game currently contains a fully-playable game. Its franchise mode is missing some features that we have planned, such as multiplayer franchise mode, importable draft classes, and more. Also, the online multiplayer features are still a work in progress. In addition, the game's AI and difficulty are still not complete and will continue to be updated based on the valuable feedback received from our Early Access and Demo players.”

Ændrer spillets pris sig under og efter tidlig adgang?

“The price of the game is not expected to change when we leave early access.”

Hvordan har I tænkt jer at involvere fællesskabet i udviklingsprocessen?

“The community of Steam players will play an important part in shaping the game's gameplay and CPU "AI" improvements by providing crucial feedback about what is working well and where we can improve. In addition, the community will have the opportunity to help us shape the game's future features, not just for the Early Access period but even after full release.”
