Some ̶b̶u̶l̶l̶i̶e̶s̶ artists leave them in the panelki entrances under the stairs. Look there.

How to draw?
You need to select a graffiti spray of any color in your inventory (if you have them) using the mouse wheel and, approaching any wall, click on LMB.
To paint with a large spot, hold down the Shift key.
