Ecto is a goofy lil game about jumping around in randomly generated nature worlds. Complete movement challenges, pick up frogs, play basketball, or set time trial records against your friends. Play singleplayer or multiplayer up to 8 players.

Miksi Early Access?

I want to let anyone play my game in an unfinished state, gather feedback, and nail down a fun gameplay foundation.

I'm very stubborn and motivated so don't worry about me abandoning this project. It will be done in a month. I don't know which month... but one of them.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The early access version will most likely only have one world. The main hook of this game is the highly-randomized procedural generation. Worlds are different levels with different islands, items, enemies and interactable bits. The full version will allow you to progress between multiple worlds.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

You can play multiplayer or solo. Explore randomly generated island worlds and fight a boss.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

I'd love to get feedback about my game now, so go play it for free!
However, once I'm satisfied with the full version, it will cost money (It wont break the bank though I promise)

Ecto is a highly-randomized nature world that doesn't take itself too seriously. Your goal is to collect the star fragments which are scattered throughout the level... but that's not the main point of this game.

Along the way, you can click almost everything in the level for some sort of whimsical reaction.

Collect coins to buy peculiar trinkets from Froggieman's shop to mess around with.

You can even compete with yourself (or your friends) to set record speedrunning times between randomly placed islands.
