This game contains very graphic sexual scenes including close up fully exposed male and female genitals.
There are also some optional scenes which include prostitution and some non-consensual sex and sexual assault.
Some optional scenes contain non-consensual voyeurism such as peeking in changing rooms without permission.

The game also contains themes of suicide, drug use and alcohol use.
