Waarom vroegtijdige toegang?

'Gunmetal Gothic is being developed by one person, so it's going to take a while. Early Access will allow it to get into the hands of interested players sooner, and be further refined with player feedback over the remainder of development. The game is designed to offer an "endgame"-style experience following the first Act, and as such, should have some replayability as Act II develops.'

'The full version is envisioned to include the Act I endgame, Act II story, and Act II endgame. Endgame content consists of higher difficulty, more powerful equipment tiers, and alternate game modes, including some randomly generated missions. In Act II, players can expect additional missions, stages, equipment, enemies, and the conclusion of the story.'

'Act I is planned to be at or near completion at launch of Early Access, with the Act I endgame added shortly thereafter. All core game features, including online multiplayer, will be available from the start unless otherwise noted.'

Over dit spel

You are an Anchorite, the last line of defense for the survivors of Vestige, a city overrun by invaders from another dimension. Take the fight to these vile mechanical creatures alone or with friends as you explore a dark stylized world and shoot, cast, and maneuver your way to victory! Customize your character with a variety of guns, spells, and gear, and upgrade them to take on even greater challenges!

  • Navigate and battle through the city of Vestige, solo or in a group of up to four players.

  • Choose your loadout with a point-buy system for diverse builds with meaningful trade-offs.

  • Unlock new equipment as you progress, and upgrade it with materials found in the world.

  • Achieve a high score by defeating enemies, finding loot, and finishing stages quickly.

  • Get nostalgic with a retro-3D aesthetic reminiscent of the consoles of the late 90s.
