As a plague doctor, after receiving a mysterious letter, you depart to Yamorn with the sole purpose and duty to cleanse all the infected, uncover the secrets behind this infection and eradicate the root of it.

Purchase the pickings from opportunistic grave robbers.
Exploit the plagues empowering properties to gain powers and stack the odds in your favor.
