What will change during early access is not the core concept of the game, but additions to story, additions to the full set of time travel puzzles, additional characters, and additional quality of life improvements (as desired by the playerbase). »

« No, if you buy it during early access, you get all the updates as we go, and you get the chance for your feedback to be incorporated into the game. You can shape future puzzles, see your character ideas implemented into the game, and enjoy watching your ideas come to life.
