What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The core mechanics of the game have been implemented and as a small studio we want to give players an opportunity to experience our vision while helping us finish out the content. We believe strongly in building community and with this game we have a chance to share our game development journey with those who take an interest in what we have to offer.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Currently the plan is to have the game in Early Access for six (6) months for core content with plenty of potential for expansion and DLC content, both free and paid depending upon what it adds to the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We'll be adding more levels and content in general as the game progresses. The overall storyline will take shape and you can expect more puzzles, objects, and ways to avoid (or not) ending the mortal coil of your furry companion. Expect plenty more nerdy jokes and easter eggs too!”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Players are able to accomplish all of the features mentioned in the About This Game section. You can select from a variety of cats with different skins and personalities. The laser is fully working and the cat will follow you around the game. Interactable and destructible objects are implemented with the ability to pick up key cards and other items you need to solve the puzzles. Many of the traps are in and working, but what we are working on is adding more of them. The game still needs much of the storyline added, but players can experience the full range of features that will be added for launch.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There will be no change in price between Early Access and launch. Additional DLC will expand the content and cosmetics available to players.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Players are more than welcome to join us on our Discord where the focus of our community will be. From there we have forms for submitting bug reports and we'll be hosting dev chats where people can speak directly to the developers and request additional content. The purpose of the game is to provide a fun and entertaining experience and we're always open to adding things that players want to see.”

About This Game

NOTE: This is a VR game that requires a headset

Welcome!

We welcome you to join us in this VR adventure puzzle game from Silver Sun Dynamics. Solve interactive puzzles and avoid getting your feline companion caught in a myriad of traps while leading them to freedom. This game requires a VR headset, so please consider this requirement before buying. Feel free to join us on our Discord server and become part of our community.

The Story

Don't. Kill. The. Cat. You avoid doing it every day, Employee 42, well, as far as we can tell and from what I can see in your personnel file from HR. The Argento Company cannot afford another PR disaster after our last run in with the Gelatinous Blob experiment. Who knew a cleaning agent designed to be self-aware would go all monster manual on us? We can't innovate without taking risks!

We need you to guide the cat out of the building using our industrial grade (*not for military application in all 50 US states including Puerto Rico and other territories) "laser pointer" while avoiding any mishaps. Your job is on the line. Don't mess this up.

The Features

Using your industrial grade "laser pointer," you will lead a cat of your choice through puzzles by collecting key cards at various clearance levels and avoiding an assortment of traps. Some puzzles require you to use switches, dials, and levers while others are all about avoiding falling objects, chemical spills, and failed experiments that love the taste of cat. Many of the objects in the world are interactable and destructible giving you the ability to solve puzzles in different ways.

Customize your cat using accessories and objects you will find hidden around the game. This includes everything from hats to outfits to collars to make the cat your own. Turn your cat into your favorite meme with some of our easter egg accessories.
