為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Adaptory is an ambitious game with deep, interconnected, and emergent systems, and I have a lot more content and gameplay planned. It takes time to bring everything together in a way that’s accessible, performant, and fun – and I want to bring the community (you!) along for the ride. I need your support to achieve my long-term vision for the game, and I also want to hear your feedback and ideas.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「Right now I’m planning about one year to complete and polish the full version (see the roadmap), but this could change if the scope increases or if we have to revisit any major systems. The plan is to deliver at least three major content updates during this time so you’ll be able to test new systems and share your feedback.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Early Access is the first ‘two acts’ of the Adaptory story and universe. Our plan is for the full version of Adaptory to complete Cass’s story, and to have more characters, challenges, systems, replayability, and random events. We plan to expand the research tree and add more mechanics. We want to improve performance, improve accessibility, support more languages, and look at supporting more devices (such as Steam Deck). Our goal is a game with at least 20+ hours of gameplay.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Adaptory is well-tested from two years of alpha releases, so you can experience the core gameplay loop, but with a LOT more content than previously released: an expanded story; more character traits and random events to experience; a new research tree to unlock; food, gas, and automation systems to master; a vastly expanded soundtrack; and secrets to discover in the depths of the planetoid.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「We won’t be increasing the price while we’re in Early Access. While we don’t plan for v1.0 to be priced differently, this might depend on the final scope of the game. 」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「I want to make the best base-building game that we can, and these games are so complex - I want to hear your ideas and feedback, so we can improve the game together. I’ve been at multiple real-world events (PAX, Gamescom, Armageddon, etc.) and have met so many amazing people already - thank you for your support! We regularly post mailing list and blog updates on our website, and we also have an active and lovely Discord community - please come and join us! :) 」
