Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« Our goal is to create toys that players can continually enjoy. To achieve this, we are preparing various game experiences, and we have chosen PvP as the first version to showcase to our players. PvP is content that grows alongside the players, so we have decided to offer it as free early access. Throughout the development period, we will continuously communicate with our players to improve the game. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« Early access will continue until the third quarter of 2025, and we plan to consistently showcase what we have developed to the community during this period. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« In the official release, we plan to add more game modes. During early access, we will balance the core game mechanics with multiplayer PvP games. Additionally, we plan to introduce a seasonal league game mode, tournament mode, and ladder mode. We also have plans for a single-player roguelike game mode, which we have been designing since the conceptual phase of development. We plan to transparently share our plans for new modes with the community and work together to complete the official version. »

« PvP and vs AI Bot modes have been released, including six playable characters and a card deck system. »

« The PvP mode will remain free to enjoy for a long time. Additionally, we have no intention of adding pay-to-win elements to the multiplayer PvP mode.

While there are paid purchases available in the game, these are intended to offer more challenging tasks and exclusive artwork to those who buy them.

When there are major updates, such as new modes or story expansions that are not PvP, some content may be released as paid. However, this content will be substantial and will provide new and enjoyable experiences for players who have been enjoying the game »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« Since we released the first demo, we have participated in many offline events like GDC, gamescom and G-Star to collect player feedback and improve the game. Through these events, we have also brought players into our Discord community, where there will be more active communication and events after the early access launch. We enjoy interacting with our players and feel rewarded when we present them with improved builds that reflect their feedback. »

A turn-based multiplayer strategy game inspired by Into The Breach. Take down your opponent’s bases or characters to win. Strategize, position your squad, and battle both rivals and zombies. Customize your deck to boost your bases and characters. Pick 3 unique heroes, each with special skills, and show off your strategic skills to become the top zombie hunter in The South Pole!

Multiplayer (Player VS Player)

The multiplayer mode is tailored for 2 players. You can be matched with random players of similar skill or invite a friend to join your lobby using a lobby code.

Player VS AI Bot

Compete against a powerful AI Bot. The AI Bot adjusts to your skill level, encouraging you to develop new and sophisticated strategies.

Create two unique decks of characters and ability cards before your game. The deck collects information about your win rate with a particular character and card setup. Evaluate your decks and opt for the most potent one. Experiment with different card and character combinations to craft the optimal strategy. Be mindful of your deck selection as it decides the outcome of your game.

Character deck

Choose 3 characters from a selection of unlockable characters, each boasting distinct abilities. These characters are divided into three classes: melee, artillery, and ranged. Regardless of your preference for a specific class or attacking style, you have the freedom to mix and match characters to suit your strategic preferences, whether that means engaging enemies up close or from a distance.

Card deck

Equip up to 15 ability cards into your deck. Use these cards to boost your characters or bases with special powers, like healing or fortifying. Collect cores by battling zombies or opponents to earn more cards. Spend your cores wisely, as they are key to your strategy.

Introducing a PvPvE (Player vs Player (or AI Bot) vs Environment) battle. In this setup, both players (or a Player and AI Bot) confront each other as well as the challenging game Environment, symbolized by zombies. Zombies serve as a mutual adversary for both players, neutral and hostile to all parties involved.

Zombies

Zombies act each round, attacking bases or characters of either player. While both players can fight zombies, they’re tough and keep spawning. The more you fight them, the more they target you. Master the zombies and use your deck to shift their focus to your opponent.
