“Even though the core game systems are in place, there is a lot of new content planned that can change the gameplay a lot. Early Access will allow players to try them out and allow me to get feedback.”

“There are lots of updates planned for Early Access and the game will remain in Early Access until it's ready. My current best guestimate is 6 - 12 months.”

“We plan to add the following during Early Access:
- More content: building, technology, great people, etc
- More gameplay features and mechanisms like policies, religions, etc

“The game has been through closed and open alpha - the core gameplay mechanisms are ready. All single-player content for the first three ages (Stone Age, Bronze Age, and Iron Age) in "About This Game" section are implemented. Most multiplayer game features are missing and will be added during Early Access.”

“The base game will always remain free to play. During early access, paid DLCs will gradually be added which will provide additional content and more game mechanisms. The income will be used to support the development and cover the server cost.”

“The game's alpha testers have already shaped the game significantly and I plan to continue to hear feedback during Early Access. You can join our Discord to talk to the developers (okay, I admit there's really only one developer)”

Trade resources and engage in diplomacy with other players via a global market. Exchanging resources, forming alliances and fighting for influence - can your culture stand in the end?

Wonder-full Empire

Throughout different eras, construct different world wonders that provide unique bonuses, unlock new game mechanism and make your map look pretty.

Reborn with Great People

When you prestige, you will be able to collect great people - historical great figures, each with unique bonuses and abilities that will help your next run reach new height.

90s Retro UI

A 90's retro UI, that is a love letter to the golden age of desktop computing, will surely bring back some nostalgia. There's a 1-1 replicated mode which brings maximum authenticity and a "eye protection mode" that captures the essence but is easier on your eye on modern displays.

A Game For the People

If your computer can run paint, you can probably run CivIdle. Similar to Industry Idle, the game will NOT include any micro transactions. Instead, the base game will be free of charge and you can optionally get more content, support the game's development and help cover the server expense by purchasing paid expansion packs.
