Why Early Access?

“From the start, we knew we would have a lot of learning to do from our community in order to meet expectations. We will be listening to feedback from our players, balancing that with our own goals for the game, so we create the best experience possible moving forward.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“While we strongly feel that the best version of this game will come about without forcing an arbitrary exit date, we don't currently plan to be in Early Access longer than a year. Much of that will depend on us delivering a game that feels polished and represents the community that grows around it.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We would like to have a more diverse offering of worlds, themes, and customization options than will be available from the start. We have already lined up a long list of potential post-launch content updates. Community feedback will be important in driving these efforts.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is playable, and fun, with a lot of good feedback already, even before release from friends and community members. Players can take jobs, explore a limited variety of job environments, get paid on job completion in order to buy equipment, buy upgrades for their equipment, and play online with up to 4 friends.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We expect the price will increase once we cross 1.0 release, but won't know for sure until we get closer to that point.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Even before launch, we set up channels in our Discord in preparation for community feedback and engagement.

After initial release, we plan on creating an experimental branch for those dedicated community members who wish to be involved in providing feedback for upcoming features and content updates before they go live to the stable branch.
