“We plan to expand the game in the long term for more content and better experiences. However, the studio's capabilities are insufficient to release everything from scratch, so we plan to release it in Early Access to receive user feedback and improve the game.”

“Currently planning is 18 months. However, the schedule may vary depending on development circumstances.”

“At the time of initial Early Access release, only one chapter is available. However, we plan to gradually update the content, and the full version will consist of a total of 6 chapters.”

“A story-driven campaign mode with a playtime of about 2~3 hours, and an encounter mode with 6 stages that perform challenging battles using characters acquired through the campaign.”

'The Tainted Lands' is 2d turn-based tactical RPG which is inspired by classic RPGs.

The mountainous region located at the northeastern tip of the Numan Empire has long been called as the Forbidden Lands among the indigenous people.
It is a sinister land that holds the eldritch secrets of a ancient dark age, and in pre-imperial times it was guarded by a mysterious order of druid guardians.

Now, as a wanderer seeking a cure for a terrible affliction, you must enter the Forbidden Lands and find the clues that will save you.
But this place is dangerous and harmful to travel alone. Only a well-armed unit operating under careful planning can make an expedition successful.

Gather your party for venture forth, and traverse a forbidden land to discover mysterious places.
Face off against abominable monsters and collect powerful artifacts.

And in the end, confront a strange and horrifying conspiracy unfolding in this tainted land.
