Dlaczego wczesny dostęp?

„Durus is a passion project and gets updated slowly. It's not in a place where we feel it is worthy of a full release just yet. We want to add as much content to Durus as possible, but we can't make the game in a vacuum. We chose Early Access so players can give feedback early on and help shape future levels and features we ship.”

„Durus is in a playable, polished state. It has a campaign consisting of two worlds for a total of 17 different levels to play through, and a fully functional level editor (that was used to build the campaign). Durus also has local co-op, up to four-person multiplayer, and a challenge mode.”

„In the future, we may decide to raise the price if we feel Durus has enough content to warrant it. However, we don't expect it to go beyond the price of a cup of coffee.”
