GenieMo® Features



A real-time fully editable and cinematic camera navigable and recordable virtual 3d environment composed of animated 3d objects, 3D rigged characters, 3d worlds, real time 3D reconstruction of guests, 2D video planes, 360 video spheres as well as 2D planes and 360 spheres of video signals streaming real-time from external applications on the same computer or over network.

Capable of streaming the camera view in 2D or 360 to any social media or video platform while supporting immersive displays based on Pepper Ghost effects, Projection as well as the more recent holographic displays coming from Looking Glass.

Capable of capturing the action in the environment using a cinematic camera system that allows smooth movements and lens and image control for all the compatible devices and formats: 2D, 360, Looking Glass, GenieMoLamp and GenieMoments.

Compatible with Kinect v2 (2012) and Azure


• Realtime 3D Reconstruction of guests using Kinect 2 (2012) or Kinect Azure (2019) (authentic presence)
• Easy under one hour setup of capture sensors and displays in any location (auto-detection and auto-calibration)

Imports animated 3D Characters, Objects and Worlds


• Compatible with SketchFab and Blender 3D models (Supports glb, gltf, obj, fbx from any 3D modeling application or platform)
• Imports and plays 3D model animations inside the 3D environment.
• Imports and plays rigged animated 3D characters inside the 3D environment (compatible with Adobe Mixamo)

Imports, plays, captures and streams 360 video in real-time


• Imports and plays 360 equirectangular videos as 3D spheres inside the 3D environment
• Captures 360 equirectangular format (2k to 4k resolutions) of the 3D environment
• Streams the 3d environment in 360 equirectangular format to YouTube or applications that support it (OBS, MaxMSP, TouchDesigner, Processing, Resolume, SPOUT)

Imports, plays and captures 2D video


• Imports and plays 2D mp4 videos as 2D planes inside the 3D environment
• Captures 2D video in mp4 format (2k to 4k resolutions) of the 3D environment and all its elements
• Streams the camera view of the 3d environment in realtime in 2D format to any online platform or applications that support it (OBS, MaxMSP, TouchDesigner, Processing, Resolume, SPOUT)

Fully supports and captures Looking Glass Displays


• Streams the 3d environment to the Looking Glass Display in real-time making it an excellent immersive visor into your world.

Cinematic camera system


• Ten quick access camera angles configurable by the guest for easy jumping to any pre-established frame and light setting in the 3d environment
• Smooth movement and transitions of Lens (Depth of Field, FoV) and Light (Sun position and intensity) settings between all of the cameras for a seamless cinematic camera flow
• Color Grading for a final blend for a chromatic blend of all the present media.

• Captures GenieMo Lamp format of the 3D environment
• Streams the 3d environment in GenieMo Lamp format to YouTube or applications that support it (OBS, MaxMSP, TouchDesigner, Processing, Resolume, SPOUT)
