「Early access affords us the ability to iterate on the game with lots of feedback from the Steam community, which we feel is super valuable for balance and tuning in this genre.」

「Approximately 12-18 months.」

「We plan to add additional features and content with the feedback of the community, including additional modes of play, new "worlds", and additional unlockable content that may include pilots, ships, weapons, mods, and items.」

「The game has a strong core that has benefited from a lengthy public demo/beta period. It has three worlds, several weapons, ships, and pilots, as well as achievements and a robust set of player options and meta progression. We have identified a need for more depth and variety in the upgrades and world generation, and this is our focus now.」

「We will likely raise the price slightly when we leave early access.」

The galaxy has become overrun with robotic bugs known as The Swarm. They multiply, divide, and conquer, leaving endless carnage in their wake. It is up to you and your crew of feline pilots to exterminate this threat for the good of all animalkind.

From the creators of RACE THE SUN comes Whisker Squadron: Survivor! Blast off on a perilous space epic in your customizable ship to defeat The Swarm once and for all. Continuously fight off waves of enemies in close quarters, upgrade your ship after each attempt, and most importantly, survive.

Test your skills as a feline fighter pilot, facing off against increasingly tougher opponents in our 3-act campaign. Each run features randomly generated levels, enemies, and items for endless replayability.

Embark on an ever-changing adventure across neon-laced roguelite levels featuring on-rails shooter runs that change with every 20-30 minute playthrough
Design a fighter ship using randomized upgrades that can be built using scraps dropped throughout each level and Victory Points earned through play
