I believe Magefall can benefit from an early access period to refine gameplay based on player feedback, along with increasing content variety and furthering polish. Expanding on the already implemented core content with things like more spells and other unlocks maximizes replayability.

The full version will expand on the content already available in early access- things like more unlockable spells, new maps, new enemies, and other progression unlocks.

For example early access will launch with around 70 total spells including ~6 unlockable spells you can purchase with currency attained after a successful round. Full release will have even more spells, many of which will be additional unlockable spells which creates the variety and incentive needed for many playthroughs.
