“《将军对决》巧妙融合了日本幕府时代的历史元素和传统的“爬塔”地图设计。玩家将扮演浪人、刺客等角色，与幕府将军的手下进行殊死搏斗。战斗以卡牌为媒介展开。玩家通过控制角色的移动、转向和添加行动卡牌来触发进入下一回合。与常规回合制不同，敌我双方同时行动，但玩家始终先手，考验着玩家在冷却、距离和行动顺序上的抉择。游戏虽然体量不大，但卡牌与战斗的化学效应却十分美妙，使得整体游戏质量非常上乘。”
