- Accounts that were banned due to inappropriate behavior or violation of operational policies may not use a purchased DLC pack.
- You cannot use an inventory slot expansion coupon if your character's total number of slots exceeds the maximum limit of 192 slots.
- All DLC purchases are final and cannot be refunded as long as the DLC and its contents were purchased according to the stated service guidelines.
