„I'm a small lone developer, but Starting Life In Another World is neither a small nor a simple game. I want it to reach its full potential in a way hopefully better than Rust and other successful multiplayer-only survival games. But we also included single-player with a storyline. So this game would benefit significantly from the player feedback and the data gathered during playtests.“

„Throwing Weapons: The ability to throw tools, sharp stones, and spears.
Building System New Logic: We will be able to place ladders and a new placeable interactive structure like a reservoir for collecting rainwater.
Advance Totem System: Decay system for buildings (it is based on the number of resources that the Totem requires to stop the decay process of the structures within the range of the Totem).
Advanced Animals AI System: Roaming, patrolling, scaring, and so on. Will be adding more animals.
(Hopefully will be able to add Taming of Mobs and controlling fully)
Lockpicking System: Lockpicking visual interface/UI like in most popular games.
Explosives Bombs System: Various types of explosives and bombs/grenades. Throwing bombs/grenades.
Day/Night Cycle, Weather/Wind System: Rain effects, rain collision check, wet surfaces during rain, and wind system. Wind support for foliage/trees. Thunderstorms and lightning systems, depending on the type of weather. Weather System. Fog, sounds, effects, and so on.“

Was ist der derzeitige Stand der Early Access-Version?

„At the moment of launching the Early Access, the game is intended to be a fully playable beta. (Customizable hero, Single-Player, and Multiplayer levels are fully playable. The single-player storyline has not yet started, so you will already start in a fantasy world rather than a human one. Multiplayer, large map missing some villages and more humans/traders. Mobs are randomly placed on the map for the beta tester to face random mobs. This is just placeholders until we start working on the map's design.)“

„A discount of -50% will be applied during the Early Access.
We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.“
