The opposing factions in the quadrant have formed a powerful alliance, and are building a superweapon to wipe you off the galactic map: Take a ship and use the powerful Leapgate network to get to it, and destroy it!

In Leapgate, you'll need to acquire newer weapons and systems to upgrade your ship as you fight through the sectors. However, energy and power requirements will need to be carefully balanced to not leave yourself hampered during battles, as excess power provides your available moves during battle phases. Multiple routes to the Leapgate are available, so use the sensor and sector map data available to pick your paths carefully!

Tactical matching

Balance your ship's energy and power requirements, and charge up in battle to unleash your weapons and activate your tactical systems. Pay attention to your opponents systems and deprive them of their needs!

Dynamic campaigns

Each new game is a trip into the unknown, with galactic sector maps, events and opponents generated afresh each time. Pay attention to info available on the surrounding area, and choose your routes wisely.

Multiple ships and unlocks

A variety of ships to choose from and unlock, with different strengths and weaknesses to handle and work around. Your active systems need power, but too much of a drain and your ability to match on the battle grid may be hampered.
