As a new graduate from Immunis School, you are returning to your hometown to find out a massive fantasy world is waiting for you to shape your own destiny and forge your own path. Explore cities and villages filled with long history and rich cultures. Complete thousands of quests and unlock the secrets that lie within each village.



Manage and decorate your own clinic and hospital. Hire staff and friends, and decide how much you're willing to pay them. You can even have them work for free, if you can prove yourself!



Discover the captivating stories of the world and each of NPCs. Befriend monsters and other hidden races. Solve story scenarios in a few different ways and make decisions that shape your path. Learn to live in harmony…or be the chaos!



Tame monsters and create friendships with them. Wait for the magical things to happen. (They will finish chores for you.)



Live your life and choose your ultimate career path (hospital tycoon, CEO, school headmaster, farmer, chef, etc) by building the necessary skills---curing patients, farming, fishing, mining, cooking, crafting, etc. Get to know the townspeople. Discover your Immunis power and forge your own genetic path! Edit your genes to protect yourself from diseases.



Save people's lives through various battles by summoning immune cells and fighting bacteria and viruses inside human body!



By collecting unique cards, build your ultimate Deck and challenge other card players with tons of rewards. (Cards can also be used as items to enhance skills and unlock the world’s secrets, so you might want to collect as many as you can.)



Play minigames to save patients' lives and raise town reputation and money. Create and discover special dishes through a variety of recipes.
