What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The basic framework of the game is currently in place. All the features listed in the "About This Game" section are already implemented, such as the seamless and infinitely large open world, ship upgrading and customization gameplay, customizable character upgrade path, naval battles, land vehicles, and so on.”
