About This Game

KEY FEATURES:


  • The setting of the puppet show.
  • Blends two distinct horror styles.
  • New puzzle mechanics involving rotating and zooming both individual props and the entire scene.

  • The game aims to scare not the puppet, as is common in platformers, but you, the viewer of the show.

GAMEPLAY


  • The game doesn't hold your hand, making each puzzle progressively more challenging. You'll have to re-analyze the logic in each room.
  • Boss Battles: You’ll face off against bosses like a Ferris wheel, pipes, and, for example, a giant jaw. You need to solve puzzles to defeat them.
  • Puzzles: They are the core of the game. You can rotate, move, and even flip the stage or individual props, like a ladder:
You can bring a ladder with a pattern to yourself, climb up, and then raise it again to get a key.
Or zoom out of the scene to reach a high platform and then zoom back in to fit through a narrow doorway.

HORROR


The game's storytelling style shifts as the plot progresses, moving from a Tim Burton-esque fairy tale to a body horror style like Junji Ito's. It feels like a collaborative horror animation film from these two masters.
* The puppeteer, like any artist, is very dependent on the audience's response and will constantly watch your reactions. He’s also playful and might give you a mean stare, put a cockroach in your ear, or break the stage for fun.
* You'll have to deal with the puppeteer's frequent appearances, but don't forget about the props, they have eyes too.

MUSIC


Each action, every step you take, is accompanied by classical instruments. The music is primarily dark and fairy tale-like. During truly scary scenes, it transforms into chaotic, off-key playing, like a saxophone solo gone wild.
