The year is 1697, in the Massachusetts Bay Colony, deep in the forest lies the small farming village of Haleford. Guilt still weighs heavily on the minds of the colonists, a grim reminder of the witch trials just years before... Just as life begins to return to a state of normalcy, Haleford is attacked in the dead of night by something unexplained...

As the sun rises, a bleak sight is revealed...

Mutilated corpses litter the ground, the smell of blood in the air, and homes covered in deep scratches. The few survivors that remain, gather in the meeting house, trying to not fall victim to the same fate...

After all, we are being hunted too...

• A bleak look into humanity - Terrible things WILL happen to your survivors in your playthrough, try your best to mitigate their suffering. No character is safe.

• Gamble with your life - Do you prefer to take chances in pursuit of a greater reward, even if it means losing it all? Minigames allow you to leave with the supplies you've collected or you can keep going and risk your health, sanity, and provisions.

• Death does not mean failure - An in-game progression system encourages replayability with roguelite elements. As you survive, experience is earned and you will unlock new things for returning playthroughs. Who knows what you'll unlock?

• Strategize with professions - Select professions for your survivors that will allow them to collect more items, craft new ones, or survive better depending on their job. Discover new strategies to help you survive.

• Low-res digital artstyle - Reminiscent of old flash games, a depiction of brutal gore drawn in a digitally painted style.

• Brutal sound design - All sounds are crafted with the intention to shock, disgust, and horrify you. Realistic sounds of death and gore are present. Some of the voice actors even performed while sick to get the grossest sounding noises into the game.
