Awakening Khenpo Truthub's Memory (Storyline)

In the Himalayan kingdom ruled by King Lang Tangma, a monk named Khenpo Truthub received a prophecy that a dark age was coming. Monasteries would be destroyed, scriptures banned, and spiritual practices suppressed. The kingdom would be punished by heaven, with people suffering from unknown diseases and natural disasters. Khenpo Truthub discovered the ultimate secret: the Gate of Shambhala, a portal to a parallel universe. He believed that this was the key to saving the ancient practices and restoring the lost scriptures. He wrote down the details of how to reach the gate in a Buddhist scripture booklet and hid it in the Samye Monastery at Mount Kailash.
500 years later, King Lang Tangma, a spirit of the devil, has removed all religious ideas and practices from the kingdom and seeks to turn it into a realm of demons. The players must find the hidden scriptures and complete one million cycles of turning the wheel of dharma in order to gain entry to the realm of Shambhala and recover the lost Mandalas. Only then can they restore the harmonious order of the Himalayas and neutralize the King's power, using the balance of the Mandala to defeat him.

Why is our VR Experience based on Structure of Mandala aka kyil-khor?

For the first time, we have introduced VR to visualise the Mandala and offer a first hand experience to walk through the full structure. Traditionally, the way of understanding the Mandala is limited to 2D Diagram or Ancient Scriptures, it is no secret how difficult it is for common people to visualize the actual form of Mandala from 2 dimensional diagram, even with the guidance of a practitioner.

In the aspect of meditation, Mandala plays a crucial part of understanding the true nature of phenomena, the perfect balance of the Universe and gateway to realm of deities. Through meditating the philosophy of Mandala, it will subdue one’s emotions driven by hatred, resentment, self-doubt and improve one’s inner self from the disbalance of the conflicted mind.

Now that is no longer the case, our application brings you one step further to understand the actual form of Mandala which is 3 dimensional structure that will give you a vivid idea of how we should be actually visualizing.
We offer a surreal experience of yourself in the realm of Mandala through the VR Technology where by your visualization will never be the same as before.

Guided Meditation and Yoga Simulated Animation

Our VR environment is built in mind that all the experience will elevate the state of mind. We offer a sanctuary of its kind, featuring HImalayan heritage and landscapes with their signature monasteries and mountains. The experience itself is immersed with the meditation quest. Additionally, we have designated spot for the meditation where you will be guided for beginner to advanced methods from Ancient Mediation Texts.

For those who is seeking physical well-being, you can follow our Yoga posture simulation, such as Sun salutation (Suryanamaskar) and other important forms of Yoga.

Digital restoration and preservation of Ancient Buddhist Sites

Through access of VR Technology, we have the opportunity to visit places similar to the real world. This gives us the chances to visit important Budhhist sites in VR without needing to travel miles. Our VR application has some selected Ancient Buddhist Monuments such as Boudha Stupa (built in 10th Century), Sanchi Stupa( (built by King Asoka in 3rd Century). We want you to have the experience of travelling back in time or teleporting to different parts of the World.

Most importantly, the VR model and assets are built based on real life references to assure the authenticity of the experience.

Walk through Tibetan Astrology and Thangka Art Appreciation

While you embark on the quest of exploring Himalaya culture, one of the most striking features will be the Art of Thangka. The Thangka serves as important teaching tools depicting the life of the Buddha, various influential lamas and other deities and bodhisattvas.
