About This Game

Subsequence is set in an underground research facility, a burning elevator shaft, a flooded supply tunnel, a toilet or in space. It is in the underground laboratories that, by coincidence, the main heroine Vicky gets stuck. Things go badly and Vicky will have to fight for her life. Players will experience moments of tension, but at the same time everything will be spiced with a careful dose of humor.

Explore the mysterious world of underground laboratories and uncover, step by step, the secrets behind a recent incident connected to your brother Vincent’s enigmatic research. On your journey to salvation, you’ll face environmental obstacles, solve puzzles, and collect and use items scattered throughout the research facility. Along the way, you’ll also discover collectible items, though reaching them won’t be easy. These items will unlock new features or reveal more about the world of Subsequence.

GAME CONTROLS

You will control everything using only the WASD keys for movement and the E key for interacting with the environment. You won’t need to search hard for interactive spots—they’re clearly marked. If you prefer, you can use a gamepad for movement and interactions instead. Your objectives are displayed in the top-left corner of the screen. By completing these tasks, you’ll progress to the next location.
