Hvorfor tidlig tilgang?

«Currently only a portion of the game's full planned content is included in this beta. In order to build support for the full game and receive feedback from the community before its full release, we thought Early Access was the best path we could take.

We are committed to see this project through to completion, and if major bugs come up we will try our best to push out patches, although that will not be the priority due to our limited time frame with finishing everything else. The reason we have limited the amount of content in the beta is to hopefully leave some new surprises for players to find in the final game.»

«This game is planned to be in Early Access for 6 months until the game's release.»

«The Early Access version of our game is missing bosses and a story. The Early Access Version goes up until the middle of our 3rd level, and we plan to include all 4 levels in the full game. In the final game we'll finish the levels, implement the story and bosses, and polish the game for release.»

«We've released two-and-a-half levels so far (See the "About This Game" section to view the gameplay in action). Levels are made of platforming rooms and enemy rooms. We have a working tutorial and music in the game. The menus are planned to eventually be replaced as they are inconveniently designed. We also plan to add in missing sound effects, and the current ones will probably be replaced.»

Platform and fight past spikes and enemies in Jaded, a linear 2D side-scrolling platformer. Slow down time using your 360-degree directional dash, and lock on to targets to strike! See the snowy mountains, dense forests, volcanic caves, and abandoned laboratory. Killed by enemies or spikes? Instantly respawn at the start of the room, giving you an infinite number of tries to overcome the challenge!

The Jaded beta includes Level 1, Level 2, and half of Level 3, each taking at most an hour to beat. In its current state, players can expect finished levels, music, three save files, and secret collectibles scattered across the map to discover.
