About This Game

TWILIGHT MONK is a fantasy, kung fu adventure with meticulously crafted Metroidvania designed dungeons, connected through world map exploration, creating a unique blend of RPG and Metroidvania.

THE LAST OF YOUR KIND:
Step into the robes of Raziel Tenza, the last remnant of a race of ancient Kung Fu warriors, on a globe spanning quest to recover the THREE RINGS OF THE TRISKELION, and stop the summoning of a great planetary evil that threatens to devour everything.


WEAPONS OF THE ANCIENTS - Upgrade your Phantom Pillar to obliterate your foes, or utilize a variety of Mystic Arts attacks.


SOLVE PUZZLES - As you explore, you will gain new movement and attack abilities that will allow you to reach previously inaccessible areas.


EXPLORE THE OVERWORLD - Switch to a 3/4 angled world view between dungeons to explore the world of Speria.


LIVING TOWNS - Visit living towns and stock up on Miracle Potions, eat some BBQ, or play some minigames!


  • Stick to the main quest, or venture off to discover hidden dungeons, gain new abilities or level up!
  • Discover maps to hidden, optional dungeons spread across the land.
  • Meet an unconventional cast of unusual characters, each with their own story.
  • Play minigames to earn money or win Spirit containers, Ember expansions, or Pinny!
  • Revisit past dungeons. As you progress, you will gain new navigational abilities that will unlock previously inaccessible areas.

The Catacombs beneath Crescent Isle hold many secrets.
