Atrophia: Diseased Lands is a dark Celtic action RPG focused on skill-based combat, player-driven progression, and world-changing choices.

A ritual meant to protect a remote island has gone wrong. A living fog consumes the land, warps creatures, and drives people to desperation. As one of the few survivors, you fight through corrupted regions, uncover lost history, and decide what remains of this world.
