«The Last Disease Z is my solo project, developed and shaped together with the community. Early Access allows me to share progress at every stage, hear your ideas and feedback, and improve the game in a way that makes it enjoyable for the players who are truly interested in it. Your input helps me refine existing systems and also shape the direction of future updates.»

«I expect Early Access to last around 12–18 months. However, this timeframe may change depending on the amount of new features, community feedback, and the actual pace of development. It’s important for me to bring the game to the quality level it deserves.»

«My goal is to significantly expand the game’s content. In the full version, I plan to:
- complete all island regions, including northern areas and underground locations;
- add more mutants, NPCs, and world events;
- expand the crafting system, progression, and weapon modification;
- explore the possibility of introducing a transportation system in future updates.
All plans may be adjusted based on what the community finds most important and interesting.»

«Right now the game includes a large city, several villages, and a military base. The survival, building, crafting, and basic base defense systems are functional. The game features zombies, basic mutants, and bandits, as well as single-player, co-op for up to 8 players, and PvP servers.
Since this is an Early Access version, bugs, limited content, and systems that are still being balanced should be expected.»

«Most likely, yes. The current price is lower to support those who help the game grow at an early stage. It may increase slightly in the future.»

Overview

The Last Disease Z is a harsh open-world survival experience where every step can be your last. The abandoned island hides not only traces of civilization but also threats lurking in the shadows. Fight, build, and explore to survive amidst chaos, where the living can be just as dangerous as the dead.

The island looks peaceful only at first glance. An abandoned city, deserted villages, a ruined military base - all of it reminds you of a time when humans still controlled what was happening. Now chaos reigns: zombies roam the streets, mutants hide in the forests, and armed bandits set up ambushes at the most valuable points of interest.

You’ll start from scratch: gather resources, craft tools, build a shelter, and defend it from raids by other players and hostile factions. Every trip beyond your base is a test. Every item you find is a chance to survive a little longer.

Develop your character’s skills, explore the island, hunt, and fight - only the toughest will endure.
