本软件原本是《中医模拟器》的一个模块，但是《中医模拟器》专业性太强，对不熟悉中医的玩家不够友好。所以本软件将中医体质测试模块单独优化，重新设计界面，让操作更简单，功能针对性更强，对新手更友好，玩家不需要中医基础，也可以完成自我测试，并寻找适合自己的养生建议。

玩家如果去中医院求诊，提前告知医师自己的中医体质，能够更有效帮助医师在有限的时间内做出正确判断，避免误诊。

中医体质应用于指导疾病的预防、诊治、康复与养生。《中医体质分类与判定》标准将体质分为：平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质、特禀质九个类型。那么你是属于哪种类型？这种体质有什么特点？这种体质的养生原则是什么？怎么通过环境、饮食、药膳，甚至药物来调理呢？

北京中医药大学中医体质课题组历经30余年研究，通过对21948例流行病学调查得出结论：中国人可分为9种基本体质类型，即平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质和特禀质。平和质即健康体质，该测试暂时不包含在本软件中。

中医体质是指人体以先天禀赋为基础，在后 天的生长发育和衰老过程中所形成的结构、功能和代谢上的个体特殊性。体质因素在发病学上有两个方面的意义：一是体质的特异性决定着对致病因素或某些疾病的易感性；二是体质因素决定着疾病的发展过程。
