«We have a number of goals with Early Access:

• Primarily we want YOUR feedback. We want to use the next couple of months to survey what is successful about Nonograms 22? What needs work? What can be done to make this game a unique nonogram experience? What can we do to turn this into a puzzle game that you can recommend to your friends? We will collect feedback here on Steam as well as any feedback in our contacts.
  
• Ideally we would like to know why you would play our nonogram game over another puzzle game and vice versa. We want feedback to help refine our game 'hook'. On full release we want this to be the premier nonogram game on Steam!
  
• Once we've collected this feedback, we're going to use the 2nd half of our Early Access time to implement the features players have asked for.
  
• Early Access also allows us to gauge interest for our game. We have all the resources we need for a full release right now, however EA will tell us if players want more DLC for Nonograms 22 or if we should complete the game as intended and begin work on our next project.

We want to get this game outside of our bubble while it's in development and in your hands. We want YOU to have an impact on the final game.

On top of these points, we've also identified some places for improvement for our game's current state. They are:

• FULL controller support for the game, including fully navigable UI menus with a controller.
  
• Removal of the on-screen controller buttons that were necessary for the mobile version, but not for a PC version
  
• Resize and center the nonogram puzzle board and allow for bigger drawn hint numbers

We have the resources and are committed to addressing feedback. We want you to love our game as much as we do!»

Hvor lenge antas det at dette spillet vil være i tidlig tilgang?

«We project for Nonograms 22 to be in Early Access for 5 months. Adding controller support isn't a huge undertaking for us, however addressing our player feedback is important. Depending on the feedback we get we might have to divide what can be done in Early Access, and what is updated post launch. Regardless we are committed to making this the most polished picross game available on Steam!

While 5 months is a generous estimate given the game's near complete state, we would rather overshoot than undershoot timelines. We are committed to seeing this game to full release. We believe that we are already so close!»

«Nonograms 22's gameplay will remain the same with a few tweaks for after the game is fully launched:

• UI streamlining and general quality of life improvements to UI (things like hover colors, etc.).
  
• FULL controller support for the game, including fully navigable UI menus with a controller. Currently the game has partial controller support
  
• Removal of the on-screen controller buttons that were necessary for the mobile version, but not for a PC version
  
• Resize and center the nonogram puzzle board and allow for bigger drawn hint numbers
  
• PLUS we plan to address any player feedback we receive during our Early Access time.

«Currently implemented content:

• 216+ nonogram puzzles ready to be solved from start to end game.
  
• A complete auto save system to save (or load) your progress behind the scenes.
  
• A complete hearts/lives system. Lose all your hearts in a puzzle and it's game over!
  
• A complete 'best times' system to compare your puzzle completion time with our developer's best times.
  
• A robust and comprehensive tutorial to assist players who are not familiar with nonogram types of games. This will help you learn how to play in minutes.
  
• Full mouse support (Nonograms 22 does not require a keyboard to play, just a mouse).
  
• Native in-game achievement system and 40+ achievements ready to be unlocked.

«Yes. We do plan to increase the cost of the game. The main reason for this is because the experience will be more tailored and streamlined for PC gaming and thus be a more complete package.

«Our twitter is always active. We also have plans for a discord to discuss nonograms as well as Studio Tomego's future games. Here we will conduct polls and feedback for what kinds of game you'd like to see us develop in the future.
