Miksi Early Access?

We have been working on this game as a hobby for quite some time now. It is already fully playable, but does not yet have all the features and maps we want.

The focus should be on the fact that you can think about and create game fields and campaigns yourself. There is already a simple content browser to share your creations.
An Early Access release allows us to involve the community directly in the process of development, as the focus of the game is also on user-generated content. It also allows us to see if the game concept is well received or if changes are necessary.

The current version already includes many hours of content and a full-featured playfield and campaign editor. Both singleplayer and multiplayer are already playable and will provide you with a lot of fun.

With the help of the community, we hope to create an exciting and feature rich game that everyone can contribute to.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Currently there are too few different cards (about 50 pieces), but still enough ideas that want to be implemented. We would like to have a first complete version ready by the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

There should be a variety of campaigns and cards. We try to cover as many time periods and fantasy worlds as possible, so that you can freely choose the cards for your own deck to your liking.
We also plan to add more game modes like Capture The Flag, Fog of War, Survival and a CO-OP campaign.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The game already has the basic features, but not yet all the ones we want. You can play it in singleplayer and multiplayer. The multiplayer supports up to 4 players and also has bots.
A complete playfield and campaign editor is also included. You can also share your creations with others via the built-in content browser.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Yes, the game will have a lower price during the Early Access phase. We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

The community is welcome to suggest map ideas. Playfields and campaigns can also be created by the community.
In itself, the game is a canvas and should be freely shaped by everyone to be able to tell a story themselves, which actually happened or comes from the imagination.

Cardow! is a mixture of chess, card and turn-based strategy game. Use your cards wisely and use the board to your advantage. Build your way to your opponent or cut him off.
Create a deck of cards that fit your play style or choose a hero with an ability that changes the way you play.

Create your own deck from a variety of cards, which are constantly being expanded.
Jump into the single player and compete against the computer.
Compete with your friends in an online battle with up to 4 players.
Create your own playfields and ensure variety.
Create your own campaigns and szenarios to your desire and share them with other players.

Each turn you'll receive new cards in your hand, which you can either play or save for the right moment. Plan your move in advance and build your paths carefully, because your opponent can also use them.
The goal is to eliminate the enemy hero without losing your own.

You can summon monsters from your hand by either dragging them on a spawn platform or clicking the card an then the platform.

In the Attack Phase, you can attack enemy monsters within range. If the opponent's monster is also in range, it attacks you back with 25% of the attack.
