Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« We want to start growing our community, and get as much feedback and playtesting as we can get in order to craft a better game experience for everyone, both casual and competitive players. This is the world's first true online multiplayer BIONICLE experience, we want to make this as fun and refined as we can! »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« Early Access will last for several months to a year, likely until the end of 2023 or early 2024. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« In the future we are hoping to include multiple game modes, including the version of Kolhii that is witnessed in other Bionicle media such as the movie Mask of Light and the game Mata Nui Online Game 2. A short campaign where players can earn exclusive rewards is also planned, but that would be much further down the line. We want to impliment a wagering system so players can bet against eachother in online games, and wagering would be completley optional so you could still earn the same rewards without it! We know this might create mixed opinions, so we will ferverously gather community opinion before making steps towards that goal. »

« Our early access beta features functional multiplayer Koli games, and a single village with NPCs. »

« The game will forever be free. Jupiter Brain's philosophy is focused around accessibility. We want everyone to be given the same oppourtinities, especially in competetive scenes! Putting up a price barrier only makes accessing the game harder. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« We have a Trello board, Discord and other social media, Youtube, and now of course, Steam! We are open and transparent about our processes, and are always asking the community for suggestions on how to improve in all of these mediums. »

On the great island of Mata Nui, the matoran compete for honor and glory in the great sport of Kolhii! With the copper masks up for grabs, all bets are off in this highly competitive arena! Exploit every weakness your opponent shows, build up your own strengths, every mistake is punished. Meet new and familiar faces as you explore the island, and compete to become renowned in every village! There is no time for fun and games. This is where champions are made!

Kolhii Champions is an online sports arena game, where players can compete in minigames and sports events inspired by the original BIONICLE series from The Lego Group! Players can customize their matoran using set and color accurate pieces, including pieces that were never printed in certain colors! Our namesake, the sport of Koli, is a game where a number of players up to 4 enter a field and each have their own goal to protect. Players kick stone comets into eachothers goals to score points and remove points from others! Strategy and threat assessment is required to come out on top!

With graphics inspired by classic content such as the Mata Nui Online Games, or the Piraka Animations; mixed with modern visual fidelity, our aesthetic is one of revamped nostalgia. In this world first online BIONICLE experience, we aim to bring in not only old fans, but newer ones as well! We aim to craft an experience and community that joins everyone together, and further the legacy that the original series has created!
