What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“As a small indie team with just 4 people on board (as of now) we didn't want to bite more than we can chew for now. As you know game development takes a lot of time and effort. We planned a lot of new featuress for the Horizon Journey but we want all of players feedback to create an adventure that "you" would like to play, and that's where the early access comes in.

Now let's take a look at the incredible content we want to add to the development process of the game:

We plan to add an interesting story mode that can be played both single-player and co-op. This story mode planned to be start in space and offer a unique adventure spanning from Mars to Proxima Centauri B.

We aim to create a perfect suspense atmosphere akin to the Riddick Chronicles within the existing day-night cycles in the game.

We plan to deepen the existing crafting system and take the planet's underground world to a different level.

We aim to create even more colossal ranger vehicles and offer manual control of these vehicles specifically for players to use in regional transportation. Imagine ranger vehicles and rovers nested within each other like Matryoshka dolls :)

“We are then planning special missions that can be completed optionally, along with free action missions for players in both story and survival modes.

We intend to introduce variety among creatures and implement survival mechanics against these creatures, as well as naturally occurring microbiological attacks, viruses, and atmospheric weather conditions.

Of course, we'll always be open to suggestions and feedback from you, and who knows, perhaps we might embark on a journey akin to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series as we progress. (that's the dream!) As a team, we don't want to focus on another game for a long time.

We sincerely thank all the players who have started following us in advance.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“While we can't provide an exact date, it may take approximately 2 years. However, we're confident that there will be regular updates throughout this journey.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The biggest difference we aim for is to integrate all these updates into the Single and Co-op Story mode after we've implemented them, providing a unique narrative flow. Perhaps we might even bring Proxima Centauri B into the mix.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“It offers a single and multiplayer open-world survival experience on the planet Mars, focusing on colonization and of course "survival"

//Filled with extensive exploration elements.

*Classified production technologies, unlocking technologies, base construction, land vehicles, collecting mineral resources, obtaining various resources from production technologies, establishing terraforming technologies.

*All core systems existing in the game are present.

*Unlock and produce all technologies.

*Basic survival elements such as Health/Hunger/Thirst/Oxygen bars will be initially available.

*Environmental monitoring parameters such as Heat/Radiation/Dosimeter/UHF Frequencies will be added later.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“As the game grows, the price will increase based on the experience provided to the player. In other words, the price will change either during Early Access or at full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Before each major update, we will share our notes with our community privately and gather their feedback for these updates. We want to be constantly in communication and exchange ideas with our community, continuously seeking their input.”
