Forged Legions is a competitive real-time strategy RPG where you lead a party of medieval mercenaries in their search for the starglass, a legendary trinket that grants its wielder mighty godpowers.



The gameplay consist of competitive matches on a real-time worldmap with turn-based battles.

  • Recruit RPG Parties - Lead a group of medieval mercenaries in their hasty search for a legendary trinket.
  • Real-Time Strategy on an island full of lootable locations, contract givers and enemy encounters with base building and territory control.
  • No Magic Spells - Turn-based battles with medieval equipment only.
  • No Fixed Unit Classes - Skills are defined by worn equipment.
  • Mighty Godpowers - Use the Thunderbolt or Meteor Strike to turn the tide.
  • Recruitable Units - Units have unique backgrounds and traits, gain experience and level up.

Forged Legions is an ongoing hobby project created and maintained in the spare time of a solo developer.
It is inspired by Overhype Studio's masterpiece Battle Brothers, Volker Wertich's The Settlers III, and Blizzard's Warcraft 3.
