Miksi Early Access?

Realm of the Undead is in Early Access to allow for players to experience the game as soon as possible and to give feedback about gameplay and performance.

Approximately 1-2 years. This time will be used for adding more content, adjusting game based on feedback and adding missing features to the game.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan to add more maps, weapons, story elements, progression system and other content.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Currently Realm of the Undead has solo play, 4 player online co-op, 3 maps, 19 weapons, 6 Perks and 3 tiers of weapon and Perk upgrades. Game loop is fully playable and should not have many game breaking bugs. We think we have content for tens of hours.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Price of the game will increase for full release. After release, we will also consider increasing price when major content updates are released (e.g. maps).

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We will listen for feedback and feature requests on the Steam forums and adjust the game based on them.

Addicting gunplay and movement

Move smoothly with sliding and slide jumping and shoot headshots with first shot accuracy. We have taken inspiration from hardcore and casual shooters alike and combined hipfire and aim down sights playstyles.

Gear up

Buy and upgrade you gear during missions. Unlock even more gear and upgrades in the Player Hub.

Endless fun

Survive endless rounds of zombies which get tougher every round. You can play solo or up to 4 players.

Map variety

Play multiple maps of three different styles:
  • Main maps are large-scale maps focusing mainly on gameplay with story elements and many secrets to be found.
  • Survival maps are smaller scale maps focusing purely on gameplay and survival with some small secrets.
  • Challenge maps are tiny maps with unique mechanics or objectives.

Always-OFFline

Realm of the Undead can be played offline, LAN or online.

NO microtransactions

Realm of the Undead will not feature any microtransactions and all items are unlocked through gameplay only.
