Miksi Early Access?

Spirit Overflow is developed by a small team, along the path of developing the prototype, we were simply amazed and inspired by the support and active feedback from the cycling and gaming community. We believe now it's more important than ever to let more players experience the game and continue to share valuable feedback, that's why we decided to release the game now for free even though it's still in the early development phase.

We would like to keep the game in Early Access for roughly 8 months.

The Early Access version introduces a solid foundation for Sprit Overflow. Now with your support, we plan to build an even more unique and exciting experience. Firstly, we would continue to optimize the fundamental parts of the game, including bug fixes, server development, and optimization, to deliver a more stable and smooth online game experience. Secondly, we would like to evolve the game with more features such as new game modes, maps, characters, skills, and items. Thirdly, we want to build a unique in-game economy system based on health data where players can get rewards by burning calories, unlock different skins by accomplishing missions. Last but not least, in our wildest dream, we want to operate the game like a real e-sport with in-game events and offline tournaments.

We will do our best to keep Spirit Overflow a free game before the official launch. As for the price after Early Access, we have no answers for it right now. We are still figuring out the best way to monetize the game, It can be a fixed price, Free-to-Play game, or a subscription model. But one thing is certain, there will be no pay to win!

SET UP INSTRUCTION

We support both keyboard and bike trainer as game controller
If you wan to play using Bike trainer, check here for instruction:

Step 1: Set up the equipment

You need 4 hardware to play spirit overflow:

1. PC
2. Mobile
3. Bike
4. Bike trainer

*You need your own bike for Spirit Overflow. Any bike that can be attached to your bike trainer is good to go.

The app should support all Bluetooth trainers. However, we could only test the following ones so far:

Elite SUITO
Elite Direto
Elite Direto XR
Misuro b+
Tacx Neo
4iiii FLIIIIGHT
Minoura KAGURA
Magene T300

*You might experience unknown issues with other untested trainers.

We are actively working on testing more trainers, so please contact us if you had issues with yours, or if your trainer worked, so that we can complete our list of supported trainers.

The set up should look like the image above.

*Please leave enough space on the front wheel for steering.
*it's recommended to put something under the front wheel to reduce the friction during steering (a towel or rotating swivels).
*Make sure you fix your mobile on the bike handle.

Step 2: Download software

Apart from Spirit Overflow on steam, you will need to download another app on your mobile. It's called Kinix Controller

Kinix Controller is used to control the steering, trigger in-game activities and connection to trainers.

Step 3:Connection

Before opening the app and the game, make sure:

1. Your PC and mobile are under the same WI-FI
2. Open Bluetooth on your mobile
3. Activate your bike trainer
4. Update the app to the newest version

Open the game and the app.
*If the game or the app is asking for authorization, please allow it.

After registering your account and server selection, you will see a "connecting to mobile" screen on PC, at the same time, you will see a "connecting to PC" screen on mobile. After a few seconds, they should be connected to each other automatically.

Then on the app it will start searching for trainers around you, choose one and connect.
After that, you are ready to play the game!

In Spirit Overflow, players compete in teams for territory and challenge other riders in online multiplayer battles. Every match is an intense 3v3 battle that calls for skills, strategies and sweat.

Capture your territory
You will leave a trail after your character, when the trail forms a closed shape, you can capture a territory. When time is up, the team with more territory wins the game.

Use randomly generated items
Items will randomly appear in the arena which gives you a certain power-up, including healing, speed boost, and damage. Use them properly will give you the advantage over the opponents.

Ultimate skill
Activate your ultimate skill and hit your enemy! it can instantly kill an enemy.

Play alone or build your squad
Spirit Overflow is a team-based game where team strategy is essential to the victory. Like any other e-sport, you'll be able to create or join a team and play together with your squad. Bring your friends, party up, and build the strongest team!
