A military book containing information on training. Once read, increases the speed at which units are trained, and grants the following bonuses during the next three battles: Unit XP +50%, Hero XP +50%. This effect stacks with other XP boosts.

The above pack can be claimed by talking to the Town Crier in a capital or the Trade Colonies.
