Fight your way to dominion over the universe in this Shoot Em Up game based on the book!

On the planet Vale, known for its extreme cold and endless snowfields, the story follows young Talen Esko and his sister Salla, whose family, the Esko clan, is transferred to govern this icy world. Vale is the only known source of "Crystal Spirit," a mystical substance that enables mind expansion and is crucial for space travel. The Crystal Spirit is also key to human abilities that exceed the limits of normal consciousness, such as deeper intuition and paranormal senses. The control of this valuable resource is the key to immense power in the universe.

Upon the Eskos' arrival in Vale, they immediately face machinations and conspiracies that are intertwined with a larger battle for the empire's power, between competing family roots and the local inhabitants, the wanderers of Vale. The Esko clan becomes the target of a treacherous attack by their rivals, the Orphans clan, which forces Talen and his mother Selena to flee into the snowy wilderness, where they find protection among the wanderers of Vale.

Talen Esko and Salla gradually become leaders and prophetic figures of the Vale wanderers, who are foretold to bring about a great change. They adopt the name Coldlight and begin to lead the resistance against the Morrans and ultimately the Snow Emperor, the ruler of the universe. The story deepens as the Talens struggle with their own fate and the prophecies that entangle them, while they try to maintain their humanity and morals amidst the battle and revolution.
