Why Early Access?

“We have decided that early access is the best option for Color It Company's new upcoming game Ablockalypse. We want to give our patrons and players an opportunity to provide their comments and suggestions so that we may incorporate the best features into our game. We are confident in the playability of the game in its current state but understand that additional art and music content needs to be included in the final release of the polished game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We will be in early access for roughly 9 months and are planning for the release of the finished polished product on March 10th 2022”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to incorporate a number of new levels in the final release of the game. There are also plans to add multi player capability to the final release of the game. We also hope to eventually offer a level editor so that players can customize the look and feel of the game to their liking.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is completely playable now but does not include all the additional levels that are planned for the future. We will also plan to add a lot of artistic and sound assets as we work towards our final release date. We have not implemented the multiplayer capabilities yet which is planned to be part of the final release of the game.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as new features are delivered. The price we have set is a fair price as we want to involve the most dedicated players to our game early on.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?
