Why Early Access?

“The objective of the early access is to be able to continue to developp OTW while getting feedback from the players. We plan to add contents monthly ot at least bimonthly.
We are looking to make this game knowned.
OTW or SLF, is a gigantic and ambitious project to get the player playing and learning in same time. For the moment, The team is composed of myself, helped by one partner supplier for graphic assets and musics”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“OTW is a game that teach all around electricity. This, from the beginning of Human and electricity adventure, in 1800.
You will meet each component, invention, theorie, on a synchronised way as the real history.
The game is divided in periods or seasons
The first period is from 1800 to 1840 with all the discoveries that belongs to.
We schedule to get the first OTW season fully finished by mid 2022.
This, with all the logistic for material and toolkits, to allow you to build in reality what you learned in the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“for the moment, the first OTW seaon contains around 12 levels, including circuit Building levels, courses, experiences, self test levels...
We plan to add more that 90 other levels and some very special, interesting, beautifull and funny ones named "Kelhann World" RTS type game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“This early access version contains the electrical basics in direct current and the chemical basics of small battery manufacturing (the lemon one for the moment). Prof explains the 4 fundamental laws: Voltage, power, intensity and resistance plus the magnetism.
Prof also gives the mathematical, physical and chemical necessary lessons for the player to master everything. you 're also going to learn how to use a multimeter.
The components viewed at the moment are:
The resistor, the electric bulb and the coil with the magnetism.
This version also contains the first level of "Kelhann World", a built-in RTS where the player must use his newly acquired knowledge to help people in a special village.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually and moderately raise the price as we ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We'll be very present on the Steam forum to answer all questions. We'll try to take in account all players requirements.”

About This Game

[[b]On The Wire - Sur Le Fil[/b] (OTW for short) is an I.L.E.
It is a new concept proposed by AngeloStudio which means: Integrated learning environment.

Various disciplines are covered there such as: Electrical/Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Hardware and software including development.
To succeed in the various missions, Prof fil will offer you various courses in: Mathematics, Physical science and chemistry, Electronics, Computer science and development,
Mechanics, History of discoveries and History of life.
Prof will also make you do experiments that you can do in real life (Build batteries, speakers, your first multimeter, a telegraph...)
All in a playful and magical environment.
