The developers describe the content like this:

The game is 16+: it takes place in prison and contains crude language; implied violence; prison social hierarchy and its consequences.

There are no openly graphical depictions of violence (unless you consider black and white sketch of knife and puddle of blood graphical), but it is often implied.

There are no graphical sex scenes, but there are mentions and references of non-consensual sex, sexual assault or prison violence. There is a mention of an actual prison tattoo applied to molesters against their will. There is also a person who is forced to get such tattoo and the brief mention of this crime without any details. This is all kept in the dialogues and storytelling. There is a tattoo with swastika on it.
