Miksi Early Access?

As a solo passionate developer I want to make the best thing I can. In my opinion interacting with the community on Early Access will affect the game in a good way. Game will be shaped with the community.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

It will depend on the feedbacks and the content amount I choose to put into the final version of the Defend Till Sunshine. But the plan is at least 8-12 months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

I plan to add more craftable items, new biomes,new maps, advanced npc system, new characters, various animals, unique creatures that only exist on Defend Till Sunshine, advanced building system. And even making it co-op is on my roadmap but I can't guarantee that for now.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Most of the core features are done. You will able to play the Defend Till Sunshine as is meant to be. Early Access will mostly affect the various of the things that you can find in the game (new items,advanced building system, new animals etc.) but of course it won't be just various things that already on the game I have a lot of ideas to put it on the game.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

No definitive plans here yet, but it is likely that the price will be increased over the course of the Early Access period.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

I currently use our Discord server and the Twitter account as my primary ways to talk to our community. Players are always welcome to suggest new features or new ideas on our Discord server or Twitter page. A closed test group of players have access to the latest builds and work closely with me. We discuss what is the best for the new update. I will be continue to develop this process based on the needs of the community.

• As a Hunter you need to survive against multiple situations on Defend Till Sunshine, you need to discover across the land, find villages, learn blueprints and craft techniques, interact with villagers and learn tips from them, build your own house and more!

• On this adventure you are not alone you have a companion puppy with you. He will grow with you each day passes. You can pick his color at the start of a new adventure. You and your companion will live together, he will be with you wherever you go. You can take your puppy to fishing with you, or to chop some trees for your own house that you can build anywhere on the map instead of inside of the villages. Or if you think your companion is not on his mood you can command him to stay on home to rest a little bit.

RIDEABLE ANIMALS

You can ride horses and wander around the mystic atmosphere quickly.

HOW CRAFTING SYSTEM WORKS?

• You don't need golds or cash for learning blueprints, you have a 2 token types. One is a Fox Token and the other one is a Deer Token, some villages are marked as a Fox Village and some of them are Deer Village. They will treat you based on your token count, for example on Fox Villages you can only learn with your Fox Tokens.

HOW FOX/DEER TOKENS WORKS?

• Each day you will gain some deer/fox tokens at the same amount but if you hunt a deer or fox for its meat to survive instead of mushroom soup for example you will lose some of your tokens depends on which animal you hunted.
