Why Early Access?

“BQ has been in development going on it's sixth year. Getting BQ into the community's hands and improving the game as we go is the main reason why the game is signed on for Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“This is up in the air. BQ will enter Early Access when playability up to max level is reached. More content is still planned to be filtered in, which will need fixes as it's released.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“BQ Early Access will feature a max level of 40 with all outworld zones complete. The final product will include patch fixes and additional content such as the main story resolution and additional items, pets and possible cosmetic differences.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“BQ is still in development so changes are happening daily. These changes will continue until the live version.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The amount of time spent in Early Access will determine the direction. We are also eyeing the possibility of DLCs for expanded content, outside of maintenance patches.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Early Access helps us greatly since the community will help us spot problems and issues that we can patch. We want you to share your experiences with us and if the community doesn't like something, we will consider removing it. The same goes, if the community wants something added, we will also consider that possibility.”
