We have shut down Bossa Presents

Hi all,

We are updating this Steam page with an official announcement. This announcement was shared to our Bossa Presents Discord and mailing list in May 2023, so you are probably already aware that Bossa Games is working on a brand new game, in partnership with Humble Games - Lost Skies!



Set in a beautiful, lush world that's undergone a cataclysmic event, Lost Skies is an online co-op survival adventure experience where you, together with friends or solo, build your own Skyship and set off on a challenging adventure to re-discover your world. Our passionate team is building a truly special game and we would like to have you onboard for the journey.

Due to the amount of development resources we need to dedicate to a game like this, we made the decision in May to close down Bossa Presents, and instead explore new avenues of how we'll introduce new game concepts and projects to our community going forward.

The Bossa Presents launcher will be removed from Steam in the near future.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for being a part of our community and for all the invaluable feedback that you've provided us with on each of the projects that we've shared with you via Bossa Presents. This feedback helped validate what kind of game you would like us to make next and Lost Skies is the culmination of that. Your support and loyalty have been invaluable, and we truly appreciate the trust you have placed in us.

Thank you once again for your continued support and loyalty. We hope to welcome you to our Lost Skies community, so that we can keep you updated on all the exciting developments of our upcoming game.

The Bossa Presents Launcher features selected playable prototypes created at the studio's regular game jams, which are under consideration for entering full production. Try a few games and, if you like one of them (or more!), join the community to discuss what is about a particular title that catches your eye, leave feedback, interact with like-minded players and help us decide which games to make.


The current version of the Bossa Presents Launcher has four playable prototypes: Room of Doom, Trash Bandits, World War AI and I Am Fish - which has now been published as a full title thanks to feedback from players who tried the original prototype and wanted to see it made into a full game (available here on Steam!)


The launcher also includes concept pages for potential upcoming prototypes. Find out more about the likes of Project Meru, Darkseekers, The Few and They Come at Night, and leave your thoughts and feedback on the game concepts. Should we make a playable version of any of them? That’s up to you! We’re here to listen to your opinions and ideas.

As new prototypes are added, your Launcher will automatically feature the new titles, bringing you as close as it gets to the action of developing games. Hope you enjoy the experience!

Some of the prototypes feature blood and violence, make sure you're comfortable with this before launching any of the games. Any problems, please let us know!
