Proč předběžný přístup?

„Because we want to create an experience that is unique but, at the same time, engaging and tailored to the tastes of the target audience.

Even though this game is heavily inspired by "SK" and "MM", we would like to make a game that takes the best out of them but at the same time creates something new, interesting and fun, and so we expect that the continuous player feedback during the building of the game is essential.“

„The game is expected to be no more than two years in early access.“

Jak se bude plná verze lišit od předběžného přístupu?

„The full version is planned to contain more stages and itens/upgrades than the early access. At the same time, it is expected to extra game modes, like for example an "arcade" mode for simple linear game progression from start to end, or a "procedural" mode for either modifying or extending existing levels, or creating new ones.“

V jaké fázi vývoje se hra nachází?

„The early access will initially contain the full playable game, but with a limited set of levels and items available and only the main "story" mode playable. Unavailable levels, items and upgrades, albeit already planned and still in development, may change completely based on player feedback.“

Změní se cena hry po skončení předběžného přístupu?

„Early Access initial price will be no higher than half of the expected final release price. The price should gradually increase towards the release price as new content gets shipped during early access.“

Jak plánujete zapojit komunitu do vývoje této hry?

„The community will be asked about individual and general aspects of the game, which will be used to modify current and future experience. For example, if most of the players from the target audience complain about the entire game (or a specific stage, or a specific stage section) being too difficult or easy, the game may be modified in order to cater the players' expectations.“

Informace o hře

Ezra's Legacy is an action packed 2d platformer inspired in classics from the eighties gaming era, with 8-bit aesthetics, great soundtrack and awesome gameplay. You play as Ruby, a young apprentice witch whose apprenticeship is abruptly interrupted by having her aunt and master Lea kidnapped by the fearsome Dark Council.

With still much to learn but already a lot of confidence, Ruby embarks on a journey across the land to search for her master and, unknowingly, uncover the Council plot regarding the legendary witch, Ezra, and her legacy.

If you love fun and simple games, but with challenging difficulty, polished retro stile graphics, highly hummable chiptune music and simple but engaging mechanics, then Ezra's Legacy is just for you!
